If the Founder of an Alliance goes inactive, what happens? Is another Alliance officer automatically promoted to Founder?

Hello Graviton,

unfortunately the alliance will be left without a founder. Fortunately the Alliance officers have almost the same rights like the founder has, except transferring money from the ally-cash and the termination of the alliance.
