Loss of Sapphires

Not sure if there's already a problem with this, but I seemed to have lost quite a few sapphires all of a sudden. Is there any situation where this would happen?

sapphires can't simply vanish. There are some possibilities where the sapphires are used for:

How many sapphires get lost?

1. You activated a premium feature:

• You can increase the building queue in all cities up to 4. (40 sapphires / 30 days)
• You can increase the production queue in all cities up to 3 (40 sapphires / 30 days)
• You can increase the recruitment queue in all cities up to 3 (40 sapphires / 30 days)
• You can increase the maximum amount of your power up to 20.000 (30 sapphires / 30 days)
• You can increase you regeneration of power by 50%. (20 sapphires / 24 hours)
• You can rename your Account. (65 sapphires)
• You can offer sapphires in the market, if you have at least 3000 points.
• You can decrease the building time of the actual construction. (8 sapphires / 50% of the remaining time)
• You can strengthen you troops permanently by increasing some of their attributes. (+1 ATK, +1 DEF, +10% Life points) (12 sapphires / unit)
• You can buy the strongest enchantments for your Godly Avatar.

2. Your account isn't secure. Someone else may have you login and sold the sapphires on the market for example. Better change your password.

Thanks for the reply. It might be the Avatar enchantment. I wasn't paying attention. Just saw the silver amount and clicked.

I can't seem to change my password with Bigpoint. Not sure why.

I lost few sapphires too....i had 34 and now there is 29...i bought enchantments for my avatar yesterday, carefully readed, but not remember that there was something about sapphires....

by purchasing the enchantment for your godly avatar "Thors Will I" (Attack power: +2, Defense power: +2) you payed 1 silver and 5 sapphires.
